Three ways to reach us, and when each one is the right one
Builders tend to ring at seven in the morning or text at nine at night, and both are fine. What follows is simply which channel gets you the most useful answer for what you are asking.
Phone
Best for a straight question with a number in the answer. What does a builder website cost, how long does it take, will it work on site with one bar of signal.
Best for showing rather than telling. Send a photo of a finished extension, the sign on the hoarding, or the site you have been told is better than yours.
Best when there is something to read. A link to your current site, a spec from another quote, or a list of the jobs you want more of.

Extensions, new builds, loft conversions, groundwork. A builder who does all four needs a different site from one who does loft conversions only.
Your last five jobs
Where they were and roughly what they were worth. That is the map of the work you want more of.
Whether you have photographs
Real ones, on your phone. They are worth more than anything we could write.
