These terms apply to your use of builderwebdesign.co.uk. By using the site you accept them. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page.

What the site is for
The site describes our services and lets you ask for an audit, a quote or a conversation. The audit is free and carries no obligation on either side. A quote is an invitation to discuss work; a contract only exists once we have both agreed its scope and price in writing.
Information on the site
We keep the content accurate and up to date, but it is general information about search engine optimisation and online marketing, not advice about your specific business. Results described on the site are real and from real clients, and they are not a promise of what any other business will achieve. Search engine rankings depend on factors nobody controls, and we do not guarantee positions, traffic or enquiries.
Prices on the pricing page are current at the date shown and exclude VAT. They may change; a quote we send you fixes the price for the period stated in it.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not try to gain unauthorised access to it or its server, introduce malicious code, use automated tools to scrape it at a rate that affects other users, or send form submissions that are abusive, fraudulent or not genuine enquiries. We may block access from sources that do.
Intellectual property
The text, design and code of the site belong to Webso Digital unless stated otherwise. Photographs are used under licence and credited on the image credits page. You may quote short extracts with a link to the source; you may not reproduce pages, copy the design, or use the content to train a commercial product without permission.
Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites, we do so because they are useful, and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including loss of profit or business. The site is provided as is; we do not warrant that it will be available without interruption or free of errors.

Changes and law
We may change these terms by updating this page. The version in force is the one displayed when you use the site. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
