Pricing
The price is on the page, and it is the same for every builder
Three ways to buy a website, three ways to buy the monthly work, and two things you can buy on their own. No quote theatre: the numbers below are the numbers, the audit tells you which one fits, and you can work out whether it pays with your own figures further down.

On their own, no retainer
Two things you can buy without a package
The Google profile done properly, once, for a builder who only needs the map fixed; and a year of hosting and care for a site we built or one you already have on our stack.

Start the Local tier within 60 days and the £200 comes off your first month.
Per year
Hosting and care
Twelve months of everything a site needs to stay up, safe and current, so you never think about it.
£159 a year
- Twelve months of hosting on our own servers
- SSL certificate, security updates and monitoring
- Daily backups
- Bug fixes
- Changes to text and images when something changes
Included for the first year with Builder site and Builder site + growth. For Starter sites, and for every site from year two.
Does it pay?
One extension a quarter pays for a year of it. Check with your own numbers.
Put in what a job is worth to you once materials and labour are paid, how many enquiries become jobs, and how many extra jobs a month you want. The page shows what the retainer has to produce and where break-even sits. Nothing here is a projection; it is arithmetic on your figures.
- Enquiries that needs each month
- 15
- Work those jobs are worth
- £2,700
- Against Local at £399 a month
- 6.8x
- Enquiries a month to break even
- 3
Your figures, your maths. It does not predict what Google will send; the audit does that for your town. It shows what the retainer has to produce to be worth it, which is the question to hold us to.
Left out on purpose
What no package contains
The parts of a cheap web-and-SEO deal that look like value on a proposal and cost the builder later. Check any other quote for them.
- A template licence or page builder. Nothing to renew, nothing that breaks on update, nothing that slows the site.
- A contract beyond three months on the retainer. Month four is monthly; leave with a month's notice and keep everything.
- A ranking guarantee. Google is not ours to promise. The work is listed and the numbers are shown every month.
- Stock photos where a real one exists. The brief gets you real ones; the site waits for them rather than filling the gap.
- A page for every town on a template. Google's scaled-content policy filters them and the real pages sink with them.
- Bought links, bought reviews, review gating. Policy breaches, and incentivised reviews are an offence under UK consumer law.
What moves the price
Pages and towns, not the size of your firm
How many kinds of job you want pages for. Four job pages is the standard site. A firm doing extensions, lofts, renovations, garage conversions, groundworks and commercial fit-outs needs more, and it costs more because someone writes each one properly.
How many towns you genuinely serve. One town is Local. Several is Growth. Two bases is Multi-location. The number of towns is the number of towns you take jobs in, not the number you would like to.
Competition changes the timeline, not the price. A city with a national firm on page one takes longer. We say so in the audit rather than charging more and promising the same.
How to judge it
The month-six conversation
By month three, impressions in Search Console rising for the job searches in your towns. By month six, enquiries you can trace to the site and the profile, or a plain conversation about why not. By month twelve, the retainer paying for itself several times over. We would rather have the month-six conversation than keep invoicing. The numbers are on the results page.
Questions builders ask us
Is my town still available?
Probably, and the reply to the quote form confirms it. We work with one builder per town on the retainer, so the first to start keeps it.
Why is the website a one-off and the SEO monthly?
Because they are different work. A site is built once and owned by you. Ranking for extension searches in your towns is done every month: a page, a project, reviews, mentions, the numbers read. You can buy either without the other. Every website package comes with the first month of SEO free, and the third package has the full SEO package built in from day one.
What does hosting and care include?
Twelve months of hosting on our servers, the SSL certificate, security updates, daily backups, bug fixes, and changes to text and photos when something changes. It is included for the first year with the Builder site and Builder site + growth, and £159 a year with the Starter site or from year two. You own the site and can move it elsewhere at any time.
What happens after the free month of SEO?
You decide. Carry on at the tier price (Local from £399 a month, three-month minimum from then), or stop and keep the site, the profile and everything done in the month. The free month is the real work, not a taster: the profile, the review routine and the first page.
Can I pay monthly for the website?
Half at the start and half at launch is the standard. Spreading it over the first year alongside a retainer is possible; say so on the quote form.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices exclude VAT; the VAT position is confirmed on the quote.
What if I only want the Google profile fixed?
That is the £200 one-off below: done in 5 working days, no retainer, and credited against the first month if you start Local within 60 days.
What is not included?
Photography (we brief you, you shoot), the domain if you do not own one yet (a few pounds a year, in your name), Google Ads click spend (paid to Google directly, never marked up), and copywriting for things we cannot verify, such as awards you cannot show us.
Get the audit, then decide
Send us your site and your town. You get a plain-English review, the package that fits, and a fixed price. No pressure, no long contract.
